Track & Field
Track and Field covers from P1 all the way to Masters. At PAAC we provide a range of opportunities and events in Track and Field and use the following structure for the athlete development pathway.

Club training nights are Tuesday and Thursdays from 6 -8pm at Pitreavie Athletics centre. Certain groups will have alternative training times and older athletes may also do additional sessions to these.
Run Jump Throw P1- P7 Age 5 – 12
Multi event general approach, introducing skills and movements within athletic activities.
RJT Club Training
Age 8+ Thurs & Fri during P4-P7 sessions
​Multi event approach developing skills and movements with more focus on athletics events.
Club Training Under 11, 13, 15 & New
Starters
Multi event approach developing skills and movements in athletics events within the club environment, with competition opportunities from age 9+.
Event Specific Groups Under 17 +
Event specific approach within a smaller group environment which will focus on sprints, endurance, jumps or throws.
