Coaching 

Within the club there are 4 different sections that you can get involved in: 

​

Track & Field : For ages 8 up to Master this includes sprints, middle distance and a wide range of field events. 

PAACE: A focus on endurance running for ages 18+, offering structured training from beginners (Jog Scotland) to competitive runners. 

Run, Jump and Throw: Primary School recreational athletics focusing on fundamental movement skills. 

Frame Running: Adapted sport for people who rely on sports aids for mobility and balance.
