Frame Running
Frame Running is an athletic event designed for athletes with mostly neuromuscular conditions and balance impairments.
Frame Running is an effective way of improving overall fitness, strength, physical and emotional wellbeing.

The Frame Running group train every Monday at Pitreavie Athletics centre from 4.45-5.45 pm during term time and is open to all ages.
The group also welcomes DofE scholars to volunteer with the group.
